Club Notes 5th March 2017
Congratulations to our Under 7, 2010 boys & girls who took part in their first blitz in Fingallians on Saturday as part of Seachtain na Gaeilge along with St Maurs of Rush. A word of thanks to our neighbours Fingallians for hosting the blitz. A very enjoyable time was had by all. Thanks also to the Academy Coaches, helpers & parents who helped with the preparations at very short notice.
The underage structure in the club looks very positive with the foundations of very competitive Under 8s boys and girls teams already in place for next year with well over 30 kids from St Finians taking part. It was a great achievement for the club to be able to field four teams comfortably. Check out the Club Facebook page for some photos of the blitz.

St Finians GAA Club extends deepest sympathies to Tony Broughan who many would know dressed as ‘Molly Malone’ on Hill 16 when the Dubs are playing in Croke Park and who was also nominated as Dublin’s best supporter on the recent passing of his wife Rose. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dílis.
